I am an avid reader who enjoys sharing my thoughts on books I've read with others who share my passion. I have found this is a great way to do just that and conncet with other passionate readers. *Review Policy*
Reviews:
- When I review a book I always post a fair review where I state my opinion (whether that be positive or negative) and then do my best to explain why I feel the way I do. I also include the cover art and publication date with my review.
- I do not review every book I receive but I always try my best to review the ones I can within a timely manner.
- At this time I do not review e-books nor do I review self published books.
- I usually post reviews within the month of the novel's publication date but most usually I post it during or on the actual release date.
- Genres I prefer are chick-lit, romance, realistic fiction, books that address social issues, thrillers, and mysteries
- Genres I don't usually enjoy much are science fiction, non-fiction, and biographies
- Every review I post is my personal opinion and should be viewed that way. Please do not take offense if I do not like your book. If I do not like it I will be sure to mention the reasons it didn't fit for me as well as the postive I found within the book. I usually also include a recommendation of who might be a better suited audience for it
- All books I review are reviewed fairly and honestly. I do not post many negative reviews because books I dislike unsually stay unfinished and I will not review a book if I haven't read it completly. And though I try to finish every book I receive not all books are a good fit for me personally.
- I am more than happy to host a contest, guest blog, interview, particpate in blog tours, or any other form of promotion that you have in mind so please feel free to contact me at readingisbliss@gmail.com with your request
- As the whole point is to help you promote your title, I am open to most any day for these kinds of promotions so don't hesitate to let me know your preference
Please assume all books I review on this site were sent to me via a publisher or author in exchange for an honest review. Though I do get books from other sources I rarely review those but if I do I will be sure to state that in the review.
